About SYUAN RV
Based in Weihai, Shandong, China, SYUAN RV specializes in pickup truck camper boxes and lightweight trailers. For over 10 years, we build reliable, practical, lightweight mobile living spaces for outdoor enthusiasts.
We Build Camper Boxes & Lightweight Trailers
Built with full-aluminum frames and insulated sandwich panels, our units strike the ideal balance between strength and low weight. Standard pickup trucks can comfortably carry our campers for long-distance travel and off-road adventures.
Our products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions across North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. We serve overland travelers, RV hobbyists, campground operators and mobile food entrepreneurs.
Our Product Portfolio
A complete range of pickup-mounted and towable solutions for every lifestyle.
Slide-In Truck Camper Boxes
Soft pop-up, hard-top and hard-wall models in multiple layouts — designed to fit most full-size and mid-size pickup trucks. Insulated body, full aluminum frame, ready for off-grid living.
Pop-Up Truck Campers
Low-profile, lightweight and easy to drive daily. Raised roof at campgrounds gives you standing headroom; folded down, it barely affects fuel consumption and garage height.
Mobile Food & Restroom Trailers
Commercial-grade trailers for campgrounds, scenic areas and events. Fully equipped kitchens or hygienic restroom modules, built to local plumbing and electrical standards.
Small Flatbed / UTV Trailers
Compact aluminum trailers for UTVs, motorcycles, kayaks and cargo. Low tongue weight, easy to tow by SUV or sedan, with optional side rails and ramps.
Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To give an ordinary pickup truck a "second lifestyle" — for living, working and travelling farther. A pickup is more than a work vehicle; it is your gateway to new destinations. SYUAN RV turns this potential into reality with well-engineered camper and trailer solutions that balance durability, weight and comfort.
We believe the best outdoor experience should not require a huge budget or a massive RV. By focusing on pickup-mounted and lightweight towable units, we make mobile living accessible to everyday drivers — people who already own a truck and simply want to unlock more of the outdoors on weekends, holidays or extended trips.
Our Vision
To be a globally trusted supplier of pickup camper boxes and lightweight trailer solutions. When worldwide buyers search for slide-in campers, pop-up campers or compact trailers, we want SYUAN RV to stand for:
"Strong, well-balanced, easy-to-use products backed by long-term support."
We aim to grow steadily alongside our dealers and end-users, continuously refining our designs based on real field feedback from North American national parks, Australian outback, European mountain roads and Southeast Asian coastal routes. Every year, we ship units to more countries; every unit we build carries our promise of reliability after thousands of miles on rough roads.
Our Development Journey
More than a decade of building campers, one rig at a time.
The First Camper Box
SYUAN RV is founded in Weihai. Our first slide-in pickup camper is hand-built in a small workshop — focused on robust aluminum construction and controlled weight.
First Export Order
We ship our first container to an overseas dealer. Product line expands to include soft pop-up models for lighter daily driving.
New Factory & Assembly Line
Moved into a larger production facility. Standardized sandwich-panel insulation, aluminum frame welding and water-electric system integration — improving both quality and lead time.
Trailer Series Launched
Expanded beyond truck campers into mobile food trailers, restroom trailers and small flatbed / UTV trailers to serve campground and business clients.
20+ Export Markets
SYUAN-equipped rigs now travel across North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. We attend major RV shows and grow our global dealer network.
Today & Beyond
Continuing to refine slide-in and pop-up camper designs based on real-user feedback. New models with improved weight distribution, solar-ready layouts and smarter interior storage.
Core Values
Professional & Trusted
We concentrate on truck camper and trailer development and manufacturing. Consistent quality and dependable delivery build lasting trust with dealers and end-users.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
We gather real-world feedback from markets worldwide. Weight distribution, structural details, water-electric systems and interior layouts keep getting refined based on field experience.
Practical-First Design
Every detail — sleeping space, storage, power, water, insulation and ventilation — is engineered for real-life use, not just renderings. Our campers perform reliably on gravel tracks, mountain trails, campgrounds and city parking lots.
Grow Alongside Our Users
We collect stories from dealers, customers, social media and factory visits. Every product upgrade is inspired by users' journeys on the road.
Our Story
SYUAN RV began in coastal Weihai, hand-building the first few pickup camper boxes.
We started with one simple question:
Can an ordinary pickup truck go further than most people imagine?
Our answer was our original slide-in camper: robust construction, controlled weight and outdoor-oriented details.
A decade later, our range serves diverse use cases: heavy-duty all-aluminum campers for overlanding, soft pop-up units for daily driving plus weekend camping, commercial food/restroom trailers for campgrounds and scenic sites, as well as small flatbed trailers for UTVs, motorcycles and cargo.
Today SYUAN-equipped rigs can be seen in North American national parks, Australian coasts and outback, European mountain towns, and Southeast Asian islands, rainforests and campgrounds.
Every shipment marks the start of a new adventure. Your campsites, your routes and the views you wake up to inspire us to create better products for future travellers.
Looking Ahead
Moving forward, SYUAN RV will deepen our focus on slide-in and pop-up pickup campers. We will further expand commercial-grade food, restroom and flatbed trailers to support campground and business clients.
Our goal is to deliver durable, low-maintenance and cost-effective outdoor living solutions to more markets worldwide.
We hope that when you gaze at stars from a quiet campsite and glance back at warm light inside your camper, you will be happy you chose SYUAN RV for your journey.
